All our double bedrooms, suites and Grand Family Suites are equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, satellite TV with 20 international channels (e.g. ARD, ZDF, RTL, KIKA), a radio, a safe, a bath tub with shower, hairdryers, a cooking area with hob, microwave and a large balcony or terrace with sun loungers, parasol, table and steel chairs.

Double rooms (1-3 persons)
21 bedrooms of 30 sq. m, to which additional sofa bed and cot can be added as required, with en suite bathroom, furnished balcony or terrace (5-20 sq. m). Many are on the ground floor.

Suites (2–4 persons)
46 suites of 45-50 sq. m, with own entrance, a bedroom, a sitting room with sofa bed and space for extra bed (+ cot), a kitchen area with table and chairs and a bathroom. Each has furnished balcony or terrace (10-25 sq. m), almost all of which with lake view.

Torretta Suites (2-4 persons)
7 Torretta suites of 50 sq. m. These are like the other suites but have a smaller bathroom, greater privacy, are accessed up two flights of stairs, with furnished terrace of 10 sq. m. and have fabulous lake views.

Grand Family Suites (4-6 persons)
11 Grand Family Suites of 75 sq. m, suite, almost unique of their kind on all of lake Garda with their two bedrooms (one with double and one with two singles), two bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower and one with shower), a large sitting room with kitchen area, a table and 6 chairs, sofa bed (plus extra bed and/or cot as required) and furnished terrace (25 sq. m.) with splendid lake view.
